How long does a custom prop take?

Production time depends on size, materials, finish, complexity, and the current workshop schedule. We provide an estimate with the custom quote before production begins.

Pricing is based on design complexity, material use, labor, finishing, and shipping requirements. Submit a free quote request with your budget range so we can review the right approach.

Can I send reference images?

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clear Answers Before a Custom Project Begins

Custom work depends on the brief. These answers explain the standard process; the accepted quote controls the final project details.

Planning, production, and delivery.

Still unsure? Submit a quote request with your references and questions.

How long does a custom prop take?

Production time depends on scale, design complexity, materials, finishing, curing time, and the current workshop schedule. A project-specific estimate is provided with the quote.

How much does a custom prop cost?

Cost is based on design work, size, materials, fabrication time, finishing, packing, and shipping requirements. Share a budget range so we can evaluate a suitable approach.

What materials do you use?

Depending on the project, materials may include EVA foam, resin, PLA, wood, PVC, acrylic paint, weathering finishes, and leather details.

Do you make real weapons?

No. We create non-functional display props intended only for cosplay, display, photoshoots, events, and collections.

Can I send reference images?

Yes. Send clear front, side, detail, scale, and mood references. Original sketches and written notes are also helpful.

Do you ship to the United States?

The site is designed for U.S. customers. Final availability, cost, carrier restrictions, and delivery estimates are confirmed for each destination.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Custom projects normally require a deposit or initial payment before materials are purchased and production time is reserved. The quote states the applicable schedule.

Can I see progress photos?

Progress photos may be included at agreed milestones. They support communication but do not create unlimited revisions.

Can you make a prop based on my own idea?

Yes. Original concepts are welcome when the project is feasible and fits the workshop. Include sketches, dimensions, use case, and visual direction.

What happens after I submit a quote request?

We review the brief, references, budget, timing, and intended use. We may request clarification before accepting, declining, or quoting the project.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Cancellation terms depend on the production stage. Deposits, completed labor, purchased materials, and non-recoverable costs may not be refundable. The accepted quote should state the exact policy.

Will the final prop look exactly like the reference image?

References guide the design, but handmade work, material behavior, safety needs, and approved changes may create differences. Expected results should be defined before production.

Display Prop Notice
