Original workshop website framework
Handcrafted fantasy, game-inspired, and cinematic-style props built to match your vision.
Every inquiry is reviewed before production. A quote request is free and does not commit you to an order.
How commissions work
Your project is scoped before production begins. We confirm the intended use, size, materials, budget, and timing so both sides know what to expect.
Tell us what you want to create and how you plan to use it.
Upload sketches, mood boards, screenshots, or original concept art.
We discuss size, material preferences, display needs, budget, and timing.
Your quote outlines the approved scope, estimated schedule, and payment terms.
Work starts after the quote, design direction, and required deposit are confirmed.
When included in the project plan, we share milestone photos during the build.
We review finish, assembly, presentation, and safe display condition.
The completed prop is packed for transit and tracking is sent after dispatch.

Policy draft
A clear framework for custom quotes, approval, payment, production, changes, delivery, and display-prop use.
Draft effective date: add before publication. The accepted written quote and these published terms should be reviewed together.
01
A quote request is an inquiry and does not guarantee acceptance. A project begins only after the workshop accepts the request, the customer approves the written quote and scope, and required payment is received.
The quote should identify the design direction, dimensions, materials, finish, estimated production window, included components, payment schedule, shipping assumptions, and revision limits.
02
A deposit or initial payment may be required to reserve workshop time, begin design work, and purchase materials. Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise in the quote, amounts covering completed work, purchased materials, and non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.
03
Production estimates begin after all required approvals, measurements, references, and payments are received. Estimates may change due to approved revisions, material availability, curing time, technical issues, events outside reasonable control, or delayed customer responses.
04
Requested changes after approval may require a revised quote, additional payment, and a new timeline. Some changes may not be possible after materials are cut, parts are fabricated, or finishing begins.
05
The remaining balance and any approved additional charges must be paid before dispatch unless the written quote states otherwise. The workshop may hold the completed item until cleared payment is received.
06
Production time is separate from shipping time. The customer must confirm delivery details. Carrier delays, customs processing, taxes, duties, destination restrictions, and failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information are handled under the published Shipping & Returns policy and applicable law.
07
Items are non-functional handcrafted display props. They are not real weapons and are intended only for cosplay, display, photoshoots, events, and collection. Customers are responsible for following venue, event, carrier, travel, and local rules.
08
Customers must have the right to submit reference materials and request the proposed work. The workshop does not claim ownership of third-party characters, brands, artwork, or other protected material. Acceptance of a project does not grant the customer or workshop any third-party license or endorsement.
Original workshop photographs, original designs, and website content remain protected unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any portfolio-use permission should be addressed in the quote.
09
Cancellation terms depend on the project stage. Completed design work, labor, materials, and non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any eligible refund. The workshop may cancel or decline work that becomes unsafe, unlawful, technically infeasible, or materially different from the approved scope.
