Visible package or item damage

Damage Support

If your package arrives with visible damage, contact CLOUDISLES promptly and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the outer packaging.
  • Photos of the shipping label.
  • Photos or video showing the damaged item.
  • A description of the issue.

Keep the outer packaging, internal packing, and damaged item while the issue is being reviewed. Do not include payment information or passwords in your message.

Order-type differences

Ready-made products and custom-made products may have different return conditions.

Custom-made, personalized, made-to-size, or made-to-order products may not qualify for cancellation or return after production has started, except where required by applicable law or where the delivered item materially differs from the confirmed order scope.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the production stage and the approved order terms. Contact CLOUDISLES before returning any item so the order and issue can be reviewed.
