Quick answers

Before you submit an idea.

Every commission is different, but the review process stays clear and practical.

How long does a custom prop take?

Production time depends on size, materials, finish, complexity, and the current workshop schedule. We provide an estimate with the custom quote before production begins.

How much does a custom prop cost?

Pricing is based on design complexity, material use, labor, finishing, and shipping requirements. Submit a free quote request with your budget range so we can review the right approach.

Can I send reference images?

Yes. Reference images, sketches, measurements, mood boards, and original concepts help us understand your intended design.

Do you make real weapons?

No. We create non-functional props intended only for cosplay, display, photoshoots, events, and collections.

Shipping & Returns

Policy draft

Shipping & Returns

Production time, packing, carrier transit, damage claims, and custom-order eligibility are explained separately.

Draft effective date: add before publication. Replace all workshop contact, carrier, claim-window, and refund details with terms your business can honor.

01

Production Time Is Separate From Shipping Time

Custom production begins only after the project is accepted and the required payment, references, measurements, and approvals are received. The production estimate describes workshop time and does not include carrier transit, customs processing, weather delays, or delivery exceptions.

Any completion date is an estimate unless a specific commitment is included in the accepted quote.

02

Shipping Details Must Be Confirmed

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, address, postal code, phone number, and delivery instructions. Address changes requested after packing or dispatch may create additional costs or may not be possible.

03

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided after dispatch when supported by the selected carrier. Tracking activation may take time. Carrier scans and estimated delivery dates are controlled by the carrier, not the workshop.

04

International Shipping

International availability depends on destination, package size, prop design, carrier restrictions, and applicable law. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs inspection, and local delivery charges are the customer's responsibility unless the accepted quote states otherwise.

The customer must confirm that the item can be lawfully imported and used at the destination.

05

Damaged or Lost Packages

Inspect the package promptly after delivery. If the package or item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact the workshop within the claim window stated in your final policy. Include clear photographs of the outer box, shipping label, internal packing, damaged area, and complete item.

Do not discard packaging or attempt major repairs before receiving instructions. Remedies may include a carrier claim, repair guidance, replacement component, return for assessment, or refund where appropriate.

06

Custom-Made Items and Ordinary Returns

Personalized and made-to-order items may not be eligible for ordinary returns or change-of-mind refunds because they are produced for an approved brief. This does not limit remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Any eligible return requires written authorization before shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

07

Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility depends on the production stage. Deposits, design work, completed labor, purchased materials, and other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable. Project-specific cancellation terms should be included in the accepted quote.
